Presenters:

Alya H. Hidayatallah became Chief Financial Officer of Aly Energy Services in January 2013. Previously, from 2005 through 2012, she served as Director of Planning and Budgeting at Allis-Chalmers, which was acquired in 2011 and subsequently named Archer. From 2000 until 2004, Ms. Hidayatallah was an investment banker in the Financial Restructuring Group of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. Ms. Hidayatallah graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1997.

 

 

Ben Stanton came to GulfStar Group in 2012 from PwC where he worked as a senior associate in the private client service assurance and due diligence practices. While at PwC, Ben performed financial due diligence for corporate and private equity-backed acquisitions of public carve-outs and privately held clients. His audit experience focused on privately held and small cap public clients. Ben earned a Master of Science degree with a concentration in finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Ben is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.

 

Michael K. Landers, CPA, is a partner at ABIP, P.C. with 20 years of experience serving primarily privately held businesses either as an advisor for 16 years or as a member of the C-suite for 4 years. Michael has extensive experience in many areas including financial & operational reporting and analyses, SEC reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, strategic financial planning, and M&A. Michael graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Jack Selman represents small and medium size business in their sale and capital raising needs. He has over thirty years of experience representing a variety of clients, including those in the manufacturing, oilfield, banking, service, healthcare, advertising and technology industries. He is the founder and president of the law firm of Selman Munson & Lerner. Mr. Selman holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Jack also attended the University of Texas for his undergraduate work, where he received a Bachelors of Science.
