Lindsay Duke is a senior manager at ABIP, P.C. and brings over 16 years of professional experience to the firm. Lindsay works with the Specialty Tax Consulting practice, where she focuses on assisting clients identify and optimize potential tax credits, deductions, and incentives that are available at the federal and state levels. She has extensive experience in a number of areas including R&D and Orphan Drug tax credits, energy credits, IRC §199, 263A, accounting methods and tax dispute resolution.
Lindsay has previously worked with Big Four accounting firms in specialty tax consulting. During her career, Lindsay has assisted clients in a variety of industries including oil and gas, architecture and engineering, life sciences, software, financial services, and manufacturing. Lindsay has spoken at conferences on topics such as Federal Tax Topics in a Turbulent Economy and International, Federal and State Tax Update.

Lindsay graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and the University of Houston Law Center, Doctor of Jurisprudence. She is admitted to State Bar of Texas and is a member of the American Bar Association, Science and Technology Law section and Taxation section.
